- 24/7 support and accountability from me to guide you through your health journey!

- I will get the message I will contact you to set up a 1 on 1 video call to talk about your goals and getting you set up with a custom workout plan
- Download the Notion app, that's where your calendar of workouts will be as well as the on demand videos to help you perform the exercise (the app is free)
