This plan is for anyone who is starting out or wants to get back into working out. Whether you're new to working out, need guidance on what movements to do in the gym, or are an athlete that wants sports- specific exercises,  this 4- week plan will introduce you to getting your body moving with:
- Personalized progressive workout regimen for YOU that includes a 4-6 day training block (however many days you prefer)
- On-demand video tutorials 
- Weekly check-ins and 24/7 support if need be!
-  Movement guidance and Form assistance
- Cardio Recommendations

Once you know this is the plan you want:

- Once I get the message I will contact you to set up a 1 on 1 video call to talk about your goals and getting you set up with a custom workout plan
- Download the Notion app, that's where your calendar of workouts will be as well as the on demand videos to help you perform the exercise (the app is free)
